Jessica Bannister

the daughter

Jessica joined the family business in early 2017, bringing her corporate finance background and exceptional organization skills to the office.  Now, as a Level 3 HVAC Apprentice, she still takes care of the day-to-day bookkeeping, marketing, networking and business development.

Jessica is currently the President  of Women in HVAC/R Canada and has

a YouTube channel called "The HVAC Diaries" where she hopes to educate and inspire other women to consider a career in the skilled trades.

Neil Campbell

the dad

Neil started his career in HVAC back in 1979 when he became an apprentice for his stepdad, quickly learning all there is to know about commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration.  He eventually started his own HVAC business in South Africa called Campbell's Refrigeration.  Shortly after immigrating to Canada in 2000, Neil started his second business - Cam Cool Refrigeration Inc.

Neil holds a Red Seal (Refrigeration Mechanic) certification and has almost 40 years of experience, specializing in industrial refrigeration.
